Port 10300 is only for the Update Server you won't get anything unless you have the updateserver.exe running.

Hmm seems like a network setup issue.

What is your network ecosystem like?

Is it a standard Modem to Router to PC setup or is it more complex?

it should be Modem to Router to PC. Also i looked for "Run-time Error 339" It says that the folder i sent him of the game is missing "Mswinsck.ocx" (but i made him install the libraries files) So it shouldnt be missing AND i also sent him Mswinsck.ocx already in the folder, so it shouldnt do that Run-time error

WinSock shouldn't be needed for the client, it's just for servers communicating between each other... Make sure the client doesn't refer to WinSock for no reason.

i think i know whats going on, im currently at school testing the game and i realised that the installer didnt install all the files in the game for exemple : Some library files are missing, the «Library» folder is missing , Librariesx10 is missing also and etc. So im just gonna compress it instead of making an installer.

Ah that is why. I would install the installers just to make sure. Unless your school blocks installing stuff like mine did.
