I went through the instructions but when ever I try to set up a my sql server it says service cannot be started. I really need it up.

Also could I host off of a website host like 000webhost

Also you can host it on a webhost but it is highly unrecommended.

its something like error 0 service could not be started

Yeah but it usually gives you a reason after that.

Make sure your firewalls are off. Thats a common issue for some people.

Ive had enough issues starting the MySQL server, that I would know what CAN help, I am unsure if it helped him/her.
