Winds Whisper was originally a game made with Konfuze 5 or so years ago.
When I moved to Elysium, I started programming a different version of it which was played over a LAN.
Then, I programmed an offline RPG called Winds Whisper, and then I re-made the original Winds Whisper from Mirage.
Life Essence is using the online Mirage based Winds Whisper engine, but heavily developed so it doesn't resemble it at all, although most of the base programming is the same.
I spent well over a month simply making Winds Whisper the most stable, optimised and secure Mirage based engine/game out there, and I didn't want to lose the work

Whats it got that vbgore doesn`t have o.o, sorry just can`t understand why people would spend their time making an engine thats parrarell to an existing free one. Of coarse you could allways add different features and i guess because its yours you won`t have to worry about copyright or w/e.
To be honest, I think my engine is a lot more cute/sexy than any of the vBGORE games out there (Thanks to Rory

) and I know the engine so well.
vBGORE does a lot of things I don't like. MySQL for example. I don't like the over-complicated-ness of the engine and I wanted to work with it myself. vBGORE and this engine are completely different.
Life Essence does a lot of things which make it a lot more user friendly than vBGORE, but vBGORE generally has a lot more potential. The fact is though, that I made this engine to fit this one game and it fits it a hell of a lot better than vBGORE ever could.
I worded that as well as I could to not insult Tyler and his good work xD
