its says ["services could not be started. Error: 0"]

/ prepare configuration - check

/ write configeration file - check

X start service - X

aply sucerity settings - nothing

I've uninstalled it then reinstalled it but that didn't work, i've restetted my computer didn't work. ( ihavent fully removed it from my computer though.

Try uninstalling it through Add / Remove Programs in the control panel, then delete the MySQL folder manually, in that order. After you did those both, restart then try re-installing under a difference service name that you used last time.

If that still doesnt work (it should though), go into Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services scroll down and find MySQL and try to manualy start the service through that.
