A quick little program that I made for myself, but is available for you as well! haha

It lets you enter your information for either single-frame or multiple-frame textures, and it will process and write out the GRH file for you, and even write it to your raw file for you so you dont have to.

NOTE: You still have to run the data maker!

Also, if you download it, be sure to go to "cmdWrite" on "frmMain" as well as"frmAnimated" to where it says

Open "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\vbGORE\Data2\GrhRaw.txt" For Append As #1

and change that path to direct it to your GrhRaw.txt file
