Ok, we need tiles.
i guess we can start with rpg maker tiles or whatever else, just so there's something to work with. we need 3 basic tile sets. 1 for town, 1 for arena, 1 for dungeon. preferably pretty decent sized sets. any style really, be it shiny happy castles or torn up hellish towns.

in an effort to *hopefully* spark some actual development and give everyone some incentive to pitch in, im going to try and spend some time this weekend setting up the graphics. restructuring the GRHs, adding nex's sprites, and getting some tile sets in.

so, if there's any sets you'd like to use for one or all of the sets we'll need to get started, post em up. any format, any size. if need be i'll chop em up to be vbgore compatible.

that looks good. your sprites will fit in and its rpgmaker cartoony but not overly bright.
just need some cave and dungeon type stuff.

double posting to follow up on some stuff.
things have been hectic at work so i've had zero free time. not expecting to have a day off for weeks to come.
i have been working on getting the graphics together though. already have everything from the community graphics page gathered up, along with anything that was posted in this section. they're all organized and renamed for grh use. also have the entire outdoor tile set that nex suggested chopped up into vbgore format. havent had a change to do the interior set yet.
also cleared out the default GRH folder except for anything system/map editor related. reorganized both the file numbers as well as grh info, plus have the grh data created for the 3 heads and 4 bodies we have. still need to do all the items and tiles which is going to take a while. hopefully nex's new tool will speed things up a little.
i'll be editing the source to update any of the hard coded grh values to use the new ones. this is also going to totally break the map so i'll put a quick one together until someone can make a real map.

still a bit of work left, but i wanted to let everyone know i am actually following through with what i said i was going to do. just taking longer than i had hoped.
