How do I make a ethernet connection permanent on windows vista? I share my videos via ethernet to my xbox 360. But every time I unplug and replug the ethernet cord i have to change the ethernet connection back to private every time. It says unidentified network and always sets the sharing to public instead of private so in order to watch my videos I have to go into Network and Sharing Center an manually change it. I just want it to say permanently private. Thanks for your help.
