Version 0.1.1 adds many fixes to what was wrong in Version 0.1.0. On a visual side, they look identical, but on a technical side, Verison 0.1.1 shows much more stability and speed.

Fix - Heads: Fixed the "disappearing heads" - it seems I set the head values wrong. Required only changing Heads.dat.
Add - Waterfall Sound: Added waterfall map-bound sound effect, so as you get closer to the waterfall, you can hear it more.
Change - Music Volume: The music volume was reduced slightly.
Fix - Map-bound Sfx: Sound effects on the map now start when the map is loaded, not after you take your first step.
Add - CBFG: Codehead's Bitmap Font Generator, or CBFG, has been added to the project file.
Fix - Server map update: The server now passes Sfx on tiles when doing a live map update to the client.
Fix - Server loading Sfx: Server was passing Sfx files so placing Sfx files on your map was setting the server values off by 2 bytes. Has been fixed.
Fix - In-Game Menu: The in-game menu was fixed - no longer displays a piece of grass.
Fix - Cave Map: The cave map weather was set from 2 to 3.
Add - ReadMe: Added a ReadMe that has some information to add to the user-friendlyness.
Add - Self Installation: I added a self-installation for both the file libraries (DLLs/OCXs) and an installation release.
Fix - Map Particle Effects Placement: Map-bound particle effects now load in the correct location instead of getting a wacked position when switching maps.
Add/Fix - NPC Action Delay: Different actions by the NPC are set to an action delay variable which prevents the NPC walking/attacking super fast, or doing both at the same time.
Change - Map Editor Shadows: Changed the way you set shadows to be more flood-friendly.
Remove - Save Confirm: Map editor will no longer ask you if you want to save when quitting, only if you want to quit or not.
Fix - Map Info Saving: Quick little fix on how the map info was saved.
Fix - Weather: Weather effects are only created if the weather changes instead of looking every single loop.
Add - House Weather: Weather flag 3 created for inside houses/caves during a storm. Includes just lightning flashes and different rain sound.
Remove - NPC AI: LockPC: LockPC variable handling was removed due to poor implimenting.
Fix - Lightning Flash: The lightning flashes light up all layers now, not just the base layer (layer 1).
Fix - Waterfall Length: Extended the waterfall
Fix - Particle Editor Filename: Particle Editor is saved as EditorParticle now, not vbGOREPE.
Fix - Mapping: Fixed up some of the demo map. Music added, weather effects, lighting, etc.
Change - Map Editor Optimizer: Removed messagebox confirmation on NPC/Objects on blocked tiles. Instead, they will just be deleted. On duplicate multiple layers (two graphic layers on same tile are the same) situations, lowest layer is deleted instead of both.
Fix - Map Editor Optimizer: Variables set to longs instead of integers to allow a wider "problem range".
