[edit] vbGORE SP → Introduction

vbGORESP or vbGORE Server Panel is a php application that uses the MySQL output from vbGORE. It was built in a PHP5 and MySQL 5.0 Environment. So, It may or may not work with PHP4. It is the base structure of an online server, consisting of the most vital basic features needed. It is usable right out of the zip after configuration and testing. Programming knowledge of PHP is not needed but you should have a basic understanding of the language will help you when you wish to configure the applications layout.

Since vbGORESP utilizes the vbGORE MySQL database, vbGORESP must be located on the same computer as vbGORE and the corresponding MySQL database. On special occasions such as, If vbGore is making a remote connection to a MySQL database on another server, then vbGORESP must be located on that server to connect to the MySQL database.

vbGORE Version: 1.0+
MySQL Version: MySQL 5.0
PHP Version: PHP5
Disk Space: 500 KB free disk space

Note: As it was stated in the Introduction, vbGORESP was built in a PHP5 and MySQL 5.0 Environment. So, It may or may not work with PHP4. Concerning the MySQL database, by default vbGORE needs MySQL 5.0+. So you must have that.

Note: You can install all of them manually, Ex: Apache, PHP, MySQL (If you installed MySQL Prior to installing one of these servers XAMPP gives you an option to not install it although.. you may have to configure apache. vbGore works with the MySQL installed with these packages. So does SQLyog.)
